We are currently updating contact information for all the EYM participants! To continue this important and exciting study it is vital to have everyone's current address and phone number.

All of the study participants will receive a letter with a prepaid postcard enclosed. Please complete your postcard as soon as possible and mail it back to us. We will send you $10 for returning the postcard, even if you have no changes to report. To date, we have received postcard returns from almost 300 EYM participants! Thank you! We greatly appreciate your time and contributions to this valuable study.
